SnapMat Policies

 

Payment Methods


SnapMat accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards and personal/business checks.

You may pay with a credit card for online orders.
You may pay with a credit card for telephone/fax orders.
You may pay with a personal/business check for will call orders.

PLEASE NOTE:
We are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of the United States and Canada.

 

Return/Refund Policy


We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product as delivered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will promptly replace or refund your order.

We process orders promptly in an effort to have your order delivered to you as quickly as possible.

If you need to cancel your order you must contact us immediately at customerservice@snapmat.com

You must retain original packaging until you are completely satisfied with your piece. All returnable merchandise must be sent, freight prepaid at customer's expense, and received by us within 30 days of date purchased in its original condition. If you have thrown away your packaging and wish to return merchandise, it is your responsibility to procure new packaging. You must repackage the item in an expert fashion to reduce risk of shipping damage. Any damage that results from failure to follow these instructions will result in a reduction in the amount of the refund. Upon receipt of the merchandise we will issue a refund (less all shipping costs). Please include the reason why you do not want the merchandise.

The return of non-defective merchandise, when authorized, may incur a 15% re-stocking fee, at our discretion. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.

Please note that SnapMat does not permit the return of custom orders.


NOTE: Prior to returning merchandise, all return items must have a Return Authorization Number ["RAN"] issued by us or the package will not be accepted.
Please send email to sales@snapmat.com detailing your request and we will issue a Return Authorization Number along with the return address. Be sure to include the original order number in your request.

We strongly urge everyone to inspect both the box and the piece immediately upon receipt. There is a statue of limitations on filing damage claims, so it's better to handle problems as quickly as possible. If you receive damaged freight, you should have noted so on bill of lading. Damaged or defective merchandise can be exchanged free of charge by contacting us within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.

 

Warranty

SnapMat, Inc. warrants that its chair mats will be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship or material and will not wear through for a period of ten years.  If the mat wears through under normal usage during the warranty period, SnapMat, Inc. will repair or replace the mat, at its option, subject to the following conditions:

SnapMat Inc. reserves the right to inspect the mat for evidence of misuse prior to repair or replacement.

The wear must be evident, measuring at least one square inch, and must not be the result of abusive conditions or accidents, such as, but not limited to, damage caused by severe impact, scratching or cutting or excessive moisture.

Claims must be submitted in writing by the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

Liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of the product and shall not extend to any other special or consequential damages.

 

Order Processing/Shipping

 

We process  and ship orders Monday through Friday.  Orders placed before noon PST Monday through Friday will be processed the same day.  Generally, orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
